Historic Restoration / Renovation of the famed Delano Hotel, a historic art deco landmark that originally opened in 1947 and restored in 1995 by Ian Shrager and Philippe Starck. Now, once again, the boutique hotel that became an international architectural/fashion icon will undergo a full makeover; re-imagined and re-invigorated. The project will include a complete redesign of the hotel’s Lobby and public areas incorporating new internationally-acclaimed F&B, beach club and nightlife concepts. The guestrooms, suites and bungalows will all be completely updated.
