Sweetwaters Las Olas is a ground-up restaurant development located in Downtown Fort Lauderdale within the revitalized Huizenga Park at Las Olas. The one-story restaurant includes approximately 6,140 square feet of interior space and a 3,500-square-foot outdoor dining area, totaling 291 seats. The project is designed to create a vibrant dining destination that integrates seamlessly with the park’s waterfront setting.

Designed by JVB Architectures with interiors by iCrave (a Journey design studio), the restaurant reflects a modern, energetic atmosphere aligned with the Sweetwaters brand. The layout balances operational efficiency with an inviting guest experience, blending indoor and outdoor spaces to maximize South Florida’s year-round climate.

Quadra Consulting Corp. is serving as Owner’s Representative, overseeing the project from preconstruction through active construction. Acting as an extension of ownership, Quadra manages design coordination, permitting, budgeting, scheduling, and construction oversight to ensure alignment with the client’s objectives.
Upon completion, Sweetwaters Las Olas will serve as a signature dining destination along Las Olas Boulevard, reinforcing the continued growth and vibrancy of the Fort Lauderdale market.
