Located at 601 Brickell Key Drive, The Mexican is a completed high-end, waterfront dining destination that brings a renowned hospitality concept from Dallas to Miami. Positioned along the water in Brickell Key, the project delivers a dynamic and immersive experience, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor environments across approximately 13,000 SF of upscale restaurant space.

The restaurant features a vibrant main dining area, two private dining rooms, and multiple bar and lounge experiences. The program includes both upper and lower exterior terraces, each offering distinct atmospheres and direct engagement with the waterfront setting. The upper terrace features an exterior bar and lounge seating beneath a custom canopy structure, while the lower terrace provides additional open-air dining along the water. Inside, the main bar serves as a central focal point, complemented by dedicated seating and a built-in DJ booth that enhances the venue’s energy and nightlife appeal.

Supporting these front-of-house elements is a fully equipped back-of-house kitchen designed for high-performance operations.
